Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Disclosure

  3. No Upfront Fees: Credit repair organizations cannot charge fees until services have been fully performed. We comply with this requirement.
  4. 3-Day Cancellation Right: You have the right to cancel your contract within 3 business days of signing without any penalty or obligation.
  5. No Guaranteed Results: We cannot and do not guarantee that we can improve your credit score, remove negative items, or produce specific results.
  6. Accurate Information Cannot Be Removed: Credit bureaus are only required to remove information from your credit report if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. Accurate information cannot be removed.
  7. Timeline: The credit repair process typically takes 3-6 months. Credit bureaus have 30 days to investigate disputes by federal law.
  8. Written Contract Required: You will receive a written contract explaining all services to be performed, total cost, payment terms, and your cancellation rights before any work begins.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 6, 2026

1. Services Provided

Rick Jefferson Solutions provides credit repair services including but not limited to:

  • Credit report analysis from all three major bureaus
  • Dispute letter preparation and submission
  • Creditor and collection agency negotiations
  • Credit education and coaching
  • Credit building strategies and recommendations
  • Identity theft recovery assistance
  • Mortgage readiness program services

2. Service Terms

  • Payment: Services are billed monthly in advance. No fees are charged until services have been fully performed for that month.
  • Contract Duration: Month-to-month service. No long-term contract required.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by providing written notice (email acceptable). Services continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • 3-Day Right to Cancel: You have 3 business days from signing the contract to cancel without penalty.
  • Refunds: Subject to our 90-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy below).

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive services, clients must:

  • Provide accurate personal and financial information
  • Respond to requests for information or documentation in a timely manner
  • Make monthly payments on time
  • Not dispute items on your own while enrolled in our program (to avoid conflicting disputes)
  • Follow credit building recommendations to maximize results

4. Limitations of Service

We cannot and do not:

  • Guarantee specific credit score increases
  • Guarantee removal of specific items
  • Provide legal advice (we recommend consulting an attorney for legal issues)
  • Remove accurate, verifiable information from credit reports
  • Create new credit identities or advise illegal tactics

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our services with a 90-day money-back guarantee:

If we do not successfully remove at least one (1) negative item from your credit report within 90 days of enrollment, we will refund 100% of all fees paid.

Refund Request Process

  1. Submit refund request in writing (email acceptable) to info@rickjeffersonsolutions.com
  2. Include your name, account number, and reason for refund request
  3. Requests must be submitted between days 90-100 of service
  4. We will verify no negative items were successfully removed
  5. Refund processed within 10 business days via original payment method

Exceptions to Guarantee

The 90-day guarantee does not apply if:

  • Client did not provide requested documentation or information
  • Client disputed items on their own while enrolled
  • Client's credit report had no inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable negative items to dispute
  • Client canceled service before 90 days

Accurate Information

We can only assist with disputing information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. We cannot remove accurate, verifiable information from your credit report. Credit bureaus are legally required to maintain accurate information even if it's negative.
